Staff Changes Bring New Opportunities

Dave Chandler joined the KURU staff as Station Director and will help strengthen internal non-profit operations. His many years of experience working with several organizations in Grant County will bring strong policies, procedures, and systems to the station. Dave is a longtime supporter of community radio and had served on the KURU Resource Development Committee before being appointed Director.

Dave is excited about the future of community radio. Volunteer-driven organizations provide essential voices to a diverse range of art, music, culture, and social concerns, all critical to a healthy and prosperous community. KURU operates at the local level and provides a platform for traditionally undeserved groups and individuals.
