In the first hour, Fred Baca, President of the Silver City Chapter of LULAC (League of United Latin American Citizens), and Marivel Medel will discuss the upcoming LULAC Conference in Silver City. In the second hour, Harold Garcia, Commissioner in San Miguel County and member of the Board of Directors of New Mexico Counties, will join us.
Today's guest is Jocelyn Palmer, Victim Advocate at El Refugio, who will share insights on victim advocacy.
